Soak up the sun in the spacious private backyard. Show off your golfing touch on the putting green and have some friendly competition in Cornhole. Cool off in the refreshing pool.
Central Location: 10 min to Airport, mins to freeway, old town, Mill, Casinos, ASU, Metro, Phx.
SLEEPING SPACE: 8 beds total. There is one King bed in Master Suite, two bunk beds (4 twins) in Bedroom 2 and one queen bed in Bedroom 3. Two couches convert into full size beds in the living room.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Pool (not heated), putting green, gazebo with table and chairs, covered patio with cushion seating, swing chair, lounge chairs, Cornhole area.
INDOOR LIVING: 60-inch Smart TV w Netflix & Sling cable, dining table for 7, recliner chair and 2 couches. Free WiFi, plenty of linens and towels, central A/C & ceiling fans, Washer/Dryer, board games, desk and chairs.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all cooking supplies and essentials, spices, and coffee.
Breakfast nook that seats 6.
GARAGE: Workout equipment, game table (ping pong, pool, foosball, air hockey).
NEARBY ESSENTIALS: 7 Eleven, Arco, Circle K and a local bar/restaurant are walking distance (2 blocks). Starbucks, Fry’s grocery, McDonalds, Subway are 1.2 miles.

Scottsdale recently made new policies and fines of $250 if cops arrive to the home for a noise complaint. If that happens the guest will be billed that fee. Close the windows after 10pm and keep the noise inside and there won’t be any noise complaints.
Tempe and Scottsdale have hundreds of amazing Bars and Clubs right down the street- go party over there at night, that is what they are there for.
