Summary: We rented the Green Street Coastal Retreat for my 40th birthday and my family and I had the best time. The property looked exactly like the pictures and the house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. You could tell the owners thought through everything to ensure anyone visiting would have an amazing experience. The house was also very spacious and all 12 (adults) in my family had plently of room to move around. We especially loved the rooftop deck. I brought yoga mats and led a small morning session for my family and we listened to the beach waves while breathing easy. We did have a small issue with the water in the house being shut off due to a water main break in a neighboring town, however within two hours it was back up and running. Throughout the process, Monica was responsive and helpful. She was very easy to work with. What a wonderful home and location, we look forward to renting this property again.
