This is a 50's ranch style that has been updated with modern touches. It is not the most elegant house available and we take that in consideration when pricing it. There is a table and chair for 6 people and place settings for 8. A cozy seating area in the living-room around the 50in tv means you can come to town for the game and not have to deal with the crowd! There is a large fenced back yard and a park across the street. Additional park at the end of the block. Walmart is within walking distance and OSU is only 3 miles away.
