The bedroom features a double bed, a lamp, a wardrobe and drawers with ample storage for you to use throughout your stay. The bed will be made up with hotel quality linens.
The house is in a welcoming residential area and could be the perfect base for your long or short stay in London for up to 2 guests!

Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Please note the home is on the market for sale and we may ask you for an estate viewing during your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
