This 39m2 apartment is situated in a building of Haussmannian architecture, refurbished as new. It's close to various top attractions in Marseille and within walking distance; you can also enjoy the location amenities, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines. The apartment faces a yard.
It is designed with open living, kitchen and dining areas. Featuring a double couch bed (recently replaced with a much more comfortable one: 144 x 199 cm) and wide-screen smart TV to watch your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
If you love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries. A washing machine is also available, should you need it.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
There are two portable fans available for you to use.
At the same time, the bathroom contains all you'llsentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The bathroom and the bedroom have blind windows.
