Summary: Generally an ok place to stay. Asked the staff member at the front desk to help with a taxi to go to the maritime museum at 10am. I waited 45 minutes and the taxi didn't arrive. Though the staff member asserted that she did call a taxi (without calling back) at 30 minutes while waiting in the lobby, when I asked her to please call again after 45 minutes, she called and acknowledged it was a busy time and there wasn't a taxi available. I decided to walk and saw numerous taxis on the way. When I returned at 2pm, the room was not changed over, so needed to ask if the room would be addressed. A very apologetic staff member did attend about 30 minutes later.
