Summary: Location is very good. 2 blocks from Notre Dame. this is a very old building with difficult stairway access and floor plan. I could not check-in the day I arrived by train in Paris until 9PM and Expedia charged me an extra $300. since the front desk was closed after 8 PM. I called a day in advance to arrange my check-in and got screwed for $300. As things turned out, I received instructions for access by email, but still lost the $300. Not happy!
