Summary: Off and on, nine of us were at the house from 07/26/2024 to 08/02/2024. Ages were 11-76. Completely satisfied with the rental. It is on a busy road, but you don’t hear it as everything is in the back of the house (decks/pool). The property is covered in trees. We didn’t see or hear any neighbors behind or beside us the entire time. Plenty of parking. Grandkids loved the pool. 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the ocean. Parking pass included with the stay. Water pressure and hot water for the showers was never a problem. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space in the family area with a spacious dining room table. TV was never turned on. Internet was fine, but spotty around the pool. 4 balconies and 1 screened-in porch gave plenty of space for those quiet moments. Only 1 suggestion. Trim the trees back a bit to make it easier to see getting out of the driveway.
