It is primarily single-level living with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms on the main level. The upper level is a loft with a double bed. There is also a daybed on the porch for an additional sleeping option.
House has stairs that lead down to a 100 ft of lakefront with boat dock. Enjoy swimming off the dock or take a quick boat trip to the sand dunes or Ludington State Park
