This cottage is located in Bluffton. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Savannah National Wildlife Refuge and Calibogue Sound, while May River Theater and Coastal Discovery Museum are cultural highlights. Hilton Head Zipline and The Sandbox are also worth visiting.

MARINE GRADUATIONS. If you are coming down for a marine graduation I will donate $50 per night ($250 when you book at the weekly rate) that you stay to the Military Charity of your choice. I just got a stack of new checks, make me put my money where my mouth is and stay in the best place around!
If you are attending a wedding at Palmetto Bluff and are getting sticker shock from the high prices, my golf cottage is the closest place available outside of palmetto bluff!
I love to travel but after a few nights I want to get back home to my Tempur-Pedic! If you can't live without your tempurpedic, I have you covered with a king size in the master bedroom.
Description:
Beautiful three bedroom, three full bath golf cottage in beautiful Hampton Hall, voted best gated community in Bluffton.
The first floor has two master bedrooms , each with a king size bed and their own bathroom. Each master bedroom has a 48" HD television with DirecTV service and soundbar. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and has two queen beds and its own bathroom.
The kitchen is well stocked with all dishes, pots, pans and appliances. Just need to bring your own food.
If the weather doesn't cooperate and you are stuck indoors the living room has a 50"UHD television with Directv , Netflix and surround sound.
There is plenty of parking. Bath towels and linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Why Bluffton?
Close proximity to Hilton Head, Beaufort and Savannah. If you have been coming to Hilton head for a while then you know that it isn't the way it used to be. Natural beauty and a slow pace has given way to traffic and floods of tourists. If you want to RELAX on vacation then my cottage is for you.
It is about 15 minutes to the island and most beaches are about 30 minutes.
Tanger outlets are 10-12 minutes away.
Old town Bluffton is 7-10 minutes away and is really cool. If you haven't been there before then you must check it out.
Why rent from me?
My home is CLEAN, by offering my home for shorter stays it gets cleaned more frequently and gives me the opportunity to make sure everything is in tip top shape when it is not being rented.
Check in is EASY when you arrive at the guard house passes for your vehicles will be waiting for you. When you arrive at the from door just enter the last 4 digits of your phone number and the door will unlock. If you arrive after sunset the living room lights automatically turn on so you can see your way.
If the kids stressed you out on the car ride I have you covered! Fast WIFI will keep them busy and a bottle of WINE waiting for you in the fridge will help you "unwind".
When you need anything, questions answered, suggestions I answer the phone or reply to your email personally.
