Happy-Go-Lucky on Hyco is a lakefront property offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The main floor from the parking area has a screened-in side porch with eating area, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and deck area. The lower level has the master bedroom, master bath, game room and laundry room. Guests are able to access the backyard from both levels.
The water at the end of the boat dock is approximately 8 feet deep.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and should take safety precautions in and around the lake.
As with any wooded area, there is potential for wildlife. Please be respectful and use safety precautions around any of our furry or winged friends.
Guests will have access to the fire pit, but should not leave it unattended while in use. Please make sure all fires have been fully extinguished.
Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of one downstairs closet which is used for supplies and storage. Guests will have access to the boat dock, but not the boating equipment or the storage area on the dock.
