This single level, dog friendly home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large swimming pool with pool toys, and a great backyard space where unforgettable memories are made! Grill out on the BBQ in the evenings while the kids take a dip in the pool under the sparkling string lights. Only a 15 minute drive to the San Diego Safari Park and a 10 minute drive to the nearest indoor shopping mall.

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dog(s) allowed. We only accept dogs, please no cats as the home owner is allergic. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
- The pool is NOT fenced. Children must be supervised at all times.
- The pool is heated by solar and the water temperature will range from 77 to 85 degrees. These temperatures cannot be changed.
- The backyard is fully fenced. Please keep both side gates closed at all times.
- Please note that the swimming pool is 8 feet deep at the furthest end from the steps.
- There is no pack n play or highchair at this home. Should you need baby gear, please inquire with our Guest Services team.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
