This architecturally designed, raised beach house has direct beach access across the street, a shared dock for creek access , and a very short walk to the community pool, in a private gated beach community. Well maintained and featuring 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths and a reversed floor plan with the main living areas on the top floor and views of the ocean, creek, and salt marsh. The top floor has an open floor plan with a large great room that opens to a screened porch and sundeck, a kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, work island with breakfast bar and the dining area. Bedroom 1 is on the top floor with a sitting area, access to a screened porch and private deck, bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and a tub. There is also a half bath on the top floor. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and an annex with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. There is plenty of outdoor living space with expansive views of the beautiful surroundings from multiple screened porches, decking, and a Crow's Nest. The shared covered and floating dock provides access to the creek for fishing, crabbing, or to launch your kayaks (dock is shared with the 2 properties on each side of the home). An elevator services all floors of the home and there is covered parking underneath.
