Negative: - not the best coordination with staff, on welcome gave us the wrong property - sofa bed bad condition, hard to sleep on it - the gate to the building doesn’t work properly- theres manuall button to open door but doesn’t work correctly, we needed to wait outside until someone gonna get out of the other properties - people are calling at night time to the buzzer to let them in cause problems with the gate - long time expectations to receive reply from the owner to resolve the problem - after booked this apartment has received info that needs to be paid high deposit which even on ad wasn’t mentioned that otherwise they not gonna let you stay if deposit not gonna be paid/ happily it’s been returned
