The spectacular Atlantic Ocean provides a relaxing backdrop for long porch visits. The beach is easily accessible by a private neighborhood boardwalk located across the street and is a mere two minute stroll away from the cottage. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen adjoining a large living and dining room that will easily accommodate the entire family. The living area extends out to a large covered front porch, which is great for observation, conversation, and relaxation. The picnic table located on the additional back deck offers a great place for families to dine. Next to the kitchen is a bedroom suite with a queen bed and one set of bunks, a full bath and front porch.
