Bright, Clean, Private and very quiet place to stay. Nice split floor plan with dual masters with adjacent bathrooms located at each end of the condo. Just remodeled, nice unit, bottom floor with beautiful furnishings, everything new including the mattresses. The condo is so quiet it is hard to believe it is in the middle of a city. Within walking distance is Ralph's grocery store, Trader Joe's, restaurants, shops and more, all you need while visiting. Has two underground assigned parking spaces. Complex is all gated and secure with a heated pool and gym. This condo rates a 10+ for location and for being quiet. It is like living in a very upscale resort. Security is a 10+, we never have a problem. Please note HOA rules apply and no rentals under 28 days.

Summary: This place was spotless! It’s nicely furnished and decorated with large windows that bring in a lot of light. The kitchen is on the small side, but it’s stocked with everything you might need. It has a nice dining area and a big TV. My husband and I especially like the area. There are several good, moderately priced restaurants in walking distance. Plus you can walk to a large modern grocery store and Trader Joe’s in 5 minutes. There’s a post office and a library within easy walking distance as well. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again.
