Positive: The property itself was amazing — lovely facilities, overall setup, and great location!
Negative: The hot water system was terrible (one of the worst I have seen, to be frank). It could not run more than 4 minutes of hot water at a time. Unfortunately, the bath was around a 20-25 minute fill, so we could only run an ice-cold bath. We checked with the staff, however no resolution was able to be reached. We were told this was just due to the limitations of the current system. We tried everything to run a hot bath, but this was impossible. So do not expect to be able to get a hot bath (though the jacuzzi on the deck was great!)
Summary: Lovely property overall, but a hot water system that was severely not functioning as intended
