Recently remodeled historical home located 3 blocks from downtown Vermilion and 5 blocks to beach. Perfect location, Park your car and walk to all local attractions, beaches or short drive to Cedar Point. local waterparks and the Islands. Vermilion offers some of the best fishing on Erie and offers a public boat ramp 2 blocks away. This is our home away from home and open it up in the summers for vacationers. Meticulously maintained and Clean!! Sleeps 6 to 8 adults OR 6 adults and 2 children .... master bedroom is a new Queen Serta Hotel Luxe Edition mattress / box and is extremely comfortable, 2nd bedroom has 2 pull out Trundle Beds - twin (sleeps 2 children or adults), 2 queen sleeper sofas in living room and den. Master bathroom has tub / shower and an additional free standing shower in basement area. Frig / freezer, microwave and stove in case you want to cook in one night. Sitting area outside with Gas Grill! Washer and dryer on site! Sheets, bedding and pillows are provided. NO PETS ALLOWED!
