Summary: Our group (8 guys) was in town for ACC Championship game. The house is well located within 15 mins of airport and all area attractions. It was clean, secure and comfortable and for the price was a great value. The family room with big TV and couch was perfect for hanging out between events. Pearl the owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. The house has an alarm system that is easy to understand and provides for an added level of security. Overall, our stay was great and I would recommend it for weekend trips to Charlotte. I have only a couple of suggestions to improve the property. All of the sleeping options are either king or queen beds. Having a bedroom with twins or a set of bunks would offer more flexibility for groups of adults.or people travelling with grown children. Also, it is a small thing (and easy to upgrade) but newer more plush towels in the bathroom would lend a more upscale feel to the property.
