The tranquil locality has restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. The tastefully furnished apartmetn was last renovated in January 2017 with plenty of attention to detail. You can relax together here, also with your dog. It has two bedrooms each with a large double bed (180 x 200cm). A child’s travel bed is available if required. The bedrooms can be darkened with external blinds. The third bedroom adjoins the living room and has a sofa bed (140 x 200cm). After a day trip you can relax in two cosy living rooms that are open towards each other, separated by a divider. They have several comfortable sofas and armchairs, inviting you to relax, with a large TV with satellite channels and a USB port providing entertainment in the evening. Of course there is also Wi-Fi. The generous kitchen is separate and fully-equipped with a dishwasher, stove with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and the usual small appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. There is a dining table in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry. The daylight bathroom has a bath with a folding shower screen, a WC and a washbasin. A washing machine is available. There is also a guest WC with a washbasin. The house is fitted with central heating, partially with underfloor heating (kitchen, hallway, bathroom). The area has many beautiful hiking trails nearby. On weekdays, the local baker offers fresh bread rolls, just a five-minute walk away. It is a half-hour walk to the Bauernwald forest with a rustic forest inn, alternatively one side street away there is a restaurant. You can find a large playground and football ground nearby. The North Sea and the nearest place for swimming, Lüthmoorsiel, are about 12km away. There are shopping facilities about 6km away. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings along signposted hiking and riding trails.
