Detached house with two holiday apartments, just a few kilometres outside of the town of Porec
This very modern apartment is on the outskirts of Dračevac, about six kilometres from the well-known harbour town of Porec.
The spacious holiday apartment for four people, or five on request, is in a detached house with a swimming pool, which was completed in 2013 and let out for the first time in 2014. There are two identical, mirror-image holiday apartments to let. They are on the lower floor and accessed via six flat steps. Each provides around 85m² of living space, two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a cupboard, air conditioning, a big living and dining room with German TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric stove with an oven/four-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine and dishwasher. The big bathroom with a shower has two washbasins. The washing machine is in the owner’s apartment and can be used on request.
Each apartment has two terraces with garden furniture. A big grill is also available for use in the garden. The pool is currently being built and opens in April 2015. Sun loungers are provided. There are parking spaces available on the enclosed site. The whole site is fenced and the house is detached.
The rental price includes: crockery, bed linen (changed weekly), hand towels and bath towels (for use in the apartment), electricity, water and energy costs, use of the grill and the pool. The local tourist tax is payable locally, either directly at the town hall or via the owner. The owner also speaks German.
In the street there are only a few small residential houses with local neighbours. There are no hotels or big holiday complexes. Opposite the house there is a 1300m² site, also fenced, for leisure activities. Public beaches, the town centre and shops are ten minutes away by car. Apart from a beautiful and clean sea, the area also offers very interesting trip destinations, such as the Roman amphitheatre in Pula (about 40km away), boat crossings to Venice, the Brijuni Islands National Park, one of the largest water parks (about 10 minutes away by car), the artists’ village of Groznjan which is under heritage protection etc. The town of Porec is a world cultural heritage site and has a wealth of sights. There is nightlife around the clock.
