Owner can arrange fishing programmes, including spoon trolling, trident fishing at night, winter net fishing, 'pilkki' ice hole fishing, and one-day seine fishing. Owner also rents out motor boat and bicycles, as well as shotguns for skeet range (note: licences required). There are some owner's own goods in the villa but there are always room also for clients clothes and foodstuff. Sights include Lepikon torppa at Pielavesi 47 km, chainsaw museum 44 km, Paljakka bare rocky mountain, panoramic viewpoint 25 km, Kiuruvesi's museums, churches, monuments and bowling 33 -35 km.
