The house was not completed until mid-2015, offering 120 m² living space can accommodate up to six people. The house has six beds divided into four bedrooms (two doubles (one double bed measuring 1.80 mx 2.00 m), twin rooms (one bed measuring 1.40 mx 2.00 m or 0 , 90 mx 2.00 m)). If required, a cot can be provided. In addition there are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. These are each equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine and a drying rack are also available. The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) and a dining table for six. If necessary, a high chair is provided. Also located in the living and dining area, a sofa, a fireplace and a flat screen television and a Wii games console.
