Guests stay alone on the privately owned island of Sit. There is an abundance of places for sun-bathing and enjoying peace in total privacy. The island of Sit, part of the Kornati islands outside of the National park, is situated between the island of Pasman and the island of Zut. The holiday house is isolated on a private area of 420 000 m2 surrounded by beautiful greenery rich in flora unusual for this area.
Next to the house there is a private waterfront 1.7 m deep and 20 m long, safe for all weather conditions.
There is also a road to the top of the island with amazing allround views.
In the front of the house is a big terace with shadow and nice all-round view of the Kornati islands. There is also a barbecue on the terrace.
The house consists of three bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room.
As the island is privately owned, there is no organized public transport. Transportation is carried out by the owner of the house by a speedboat (the ride takes about 45 minutes) or by a fishing boat (about 2 and a half hours). Price is specified in price information. The departure is from Murter. Parking place for car is in Murter.
