The luxurious newly built Emerald villa is situated west of the town Chania, at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers, in the Rapaniana area. The villa,built of stone, is literally on the sea shore and have direct access to the beach. Important Notice: Check-in is after 16.00Check out is 11:00 latest. Villa has half an acre of private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition and the environment with no compromise in comfort and luxury. The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a hydro massage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. The interior of the villa comprises of three floors. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bath room and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom and a forth bedroom (this room has no windows). Please notice that the 4 rth bedroom is situated in the basement and has no windows or balcony.The main house can be used by 6 people. If guests are over 6, the studio can also be used by 2 people for an extra charge of 40 euros per person.
