A modern terraced cottage set near the town of Filey, North Yorkshire than can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 18 Woodspring Way is a contemporary terraced cottage based near Filey in North Yorkshire. It has two bedrooms comprising of a double and a twin, along with a family bathroom. The cottage has an open plan living area with a kitchen, living area and dining area, along with a ground floor cloakroom and a patio area to the rear with a shared lawn area. There is off road parking. Set in the bustling seaside town of Filey in the atmospheric North Yorkshire. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio to rear with furniture and shared lawn area. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. Optional charge for other facilities inc. bike hire, tennis, scuba diving lessons, fishing, archery etc. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop/pharmacy, coffee/pizza cafe and pub 5 mins walk (coffee and pizza cafe subject to seasonal opening times). Beach 0.5 miles. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The meadow area adjacent to Holly Cottage is no longer accessible. It is currently closed to allow building of Holiday Lodges. From the 30th September until Early 2020 all access to the development site is from the Woodspring Way. We are assured that work on the site will be controlled to ensure minimal disruption to visitors to The Bay. Note: The Swimming Pool on the site will be closed from 4th November till 16th December due to renovation works taking place. Pool on alternative holiday site can be available to use between Tuesdays and Fridays. Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers. Town: Filey is an English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, set beside the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rockpools to the north. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels. There is a small coble landing, a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are gardens where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated, with pony rides available on the beach, childrens play areas, crazy golf and candy floss! Nearby, Flamborough Head boasts high cliffs with exhilarating walks and Bempton Cliffs are a haven for bird lovers
