This accommodation is designed for and marketed to the traveling nurse, student intern or visiting professional ONLY, who desires a home away from home! 1 bedroom w/ private bath located on the second floor of a private townhome. This unit is located in a pleasant and safe neighborhood in the Steele Creek Community of Southwest Charlotte, which is 15 minutes from Uptown. The home is extremely clean, an attribute that any guest is sure to appreciate.
THE SPACE
The home is tremendously sanitary, cozy, and peaceful. There's a lot of natural light. You will be able to rest, work, study, prepare a home cooked meal, and enjoy a quiet evening in this space. In addition, the home is professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

The home has a secure door access system. You will be provided with a unique access code for your use throughout your stay.
It is also very important to note that the host location is an extremely clean environment and the host takes considerable care to ensure that the entire living space is not only cleaned but sanitized prior to a guest's arrival, throughout the duration of their stay, and after their departure. It is expected that guests uphold the same value and respect the efforts to maintain a hygienic, comfortable living space.

ENTRY AND EXIT DIRECTIVES:
Your assigned 4-digit door lock code is for guest use only and is not to be shared with outside parties that are not included on the reservation.
Upon exiting the unit for periods of time, please make sure that the door is closed. Note that the door lock is timed to automatically secure after 15 seconds.
Your assigned code is valid only throughout the dates of your reservation, becoming active at check-in time of 1P.M. on the first day of the reservation and deactivating on the date of checkout at 1 P.M.
HOUSE RULES AND GUIDELINES:
• This is a smoke-free unit. There is to be no smoking of any kind or use of smoking apparatus inside or around the premises. Violations will result in a $300 cleaning and odor removal service fee.
• No pets. Violations will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
• No additional guests, No parties and no loud music. Violations can result in cancellation of your reservation.
• Do not rearrange the furniture.
• Do not leave food, food canisters or food boxes out for more than a reasonable timeframe as to not cause pest infestation issues.
• Do not share the WiFi details with outside parties.
• Discard of full trash can bags from the bedroom and bathroom in the outside trashcan (beside the unit).
• Because professional cleaning services will not be scheduled for your room throughout your stay, please ensure that as a guest, you maintain a clean, sanitary environment. Guests are welcomed to request housekeeping services with the preferred vendor during their stay for an additional fee.
• Illegal operations and/or transactions are strictly prohibited within the unit as well as on the community grounds. Violations can result in cancellation of your reservation.
• Professional cleaning that is needed beyond reason will result in a charge to the guest equal to the amount of the cleaning fee as charged by the preferred vendor, not to exceed $500.
• After using the back patio, please remove trash. Do not leave in-unit items outside (example: wine glasses). Note that the patio is open during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months, and is closed during the Winter season.
• Repairs and/or replacement of flooring, unit items and/or décor/furniture beyond reason will result in a charge to the guest equal to the price to repair or replace the item, not to exceed $500.
• No more than one car is allowed on the property throughout the duration of the reservation.
Bathroom:
Towel sets are available for guest use and are to be used only inside the unit. Please do not remove towel sets from the unit.
Toiletry items are complimentary for guests.
Kitchen:
Appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other essentials are available for guest use.
Dishwasher machine detergent is located under the sink.
Only the provided dishwasher machine detergent is to be utilized for the appliance.
Cleaning and dish cloths are located under the skin.
The washer and dryer machines are available on the first use and may be used at any time, day and night. Only acceptable detergents, bleach, and fabric softeners should be used for the machine (guests are responsible for their own laundry items such as detergent, dryer sheets, etc.).
Maintenance:
Please contact the Host to bring awareness of any security, maintenance, plumbing, damages, or any other general house concerns upon check-in of the unit and throughout your stay so that it can be immediately rectified.
• Two remotes (one for TV and one for Amazon Fire) are assigned for the TV. Several entertainment apps are downloaded to the firesticks for you to utilize with your own account login information.
• Room temperature can be controlled by using thermostat that is located on the wall beside guest bathroom. While you’re welcome to adjust the temperature to your comfort, please do so within reasonable and fair use (68-74 degrees). A small floor heater is in the closet for added warmth.
• Guests are welcome to receive mail and small packages at the home. The host, neighbors, and community management are not responsible for mail and/or packages left unattended, lost, or stolen.
• It is requested that guests not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the home. This is a simple courtesy to promote cleanliness and protection of nature’s elements.
SUPPLIES:
• Cleaning supplies and trash bags – under kitchen sink and in laundry cabinets
• Additional bed linens – in dresser drawer
• Toilet paper, paper towel and hand soap – in bathroom cabinet
• First Aid Kit – in bathroom cabinet
CHECKING OUT:
Please put all used and soiled towels, washcloths, bedding sheets and pillowcases in the laundry basket located in the closet.
Please remove trash from the unit and discard of trash in the local community dumpster.
Check out is no later than 1 P.M. The door code expires at that time so please be sure to vacate the property before that time to prevent a lock out. Guests may request a late check-out for an additional fee that is due immediately upon approval.
