Situated on a no-through road in a quiet neighbourhood, you will have full house access which offers a comfy & relaxing place to stay for all members of the family.
The home can accommodate up to 8 people & consists of 3 bedrooms, a 2 way bathroom with spa bath & a single garage with 3 additional off-street car spaces.
Located close to the airport & shops & walking distance to Harvey Road Tavern.
Home on Hamilton offers free wi-fi, air-conditioning and 2 smart TV's with Netflix as well as various books, puzzles and boardgames to keep everyone amused. We have also included a cot and highchair for any of the younger ones too.
Sit back and enjoy some quiet time, a game of table tennis or have a BBQ on the full length patio out back while taking advantage of the complete privacy from all neighbours with the fully fenced large backyard. There's heaps of room for the kids to run about or kick a ball too.
The main bedroom consists of a king size bed, air-conditioning, roller shutter on the window for darkness and a smart TV. This also has direct access to the 2 way bathroom which features an open shower and large spa bath.
Bedroom 2 consists of a queen size bed, ceiling fan and new split system air conditioner and Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds. * Please note bedroom 3 does not have air-conditioning however, it does have a ceiling fan and it can also be cooled using the aircon from the living area by leaving the bedroom door open.
The lounge area also has a double size pull-out sofa bed which can be used to accommodate an additional 2 people if required.
There is a front loader washing machine and ironing facilities for your convenience. You will also have full access to the single lock-up garage and there is an additional car space beside this as well as room in the driveway for a third vehicle.
Enjoy the whole house, garage and yard to yourself. Check yourself in with the key-less entry pin pad on the front door and enjoy your stay in complete privacy.

Total price includes use of the whole house and includes up to 6 guests at no additional charge per person. The house can accommodate up to 8 people with an extra charge. Please advise number of people staying upon booking so I can ensure there is sufficient amenities and linen provided for everyone :-)
Pets are negotiable, so if you are wanting to bring a family pet along please contact me prior to booking to confirm this. A fee of $200 per stay will apply to bring along a pet.
Rules will apply for dogs including being kept outside at all times and their messes to be cleaned up or an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. We appreciate your honesty in this matter.
