Positive: + The kitchen exceeded my expectations. It had everything we needed and even more. Great for a week+ stay. + The washing machine was a plus. + Also I really liked the cleanliness of the space. + Even though we were late for check in, the guy with keys, was friendly and understanding. + Big free parking lot within a walking distance. + Supermarkets nearby.
Negative: - No a/c. Even in december it's hot enough to keep the window open all day. - But once you open windows another problem appears - noise. Aappartment is located just above bars and popular square. It was impossible for us to sleep with open windows. Some drunk people were shouting/singing every night. So you need to choose: fresh air or quiet. - We saw cockroaches, but I can't say it was terrible (approx. 1 or maybe 2 cockroaches a day). It's a common problem for Tenerife, so we expected them and kept all the food in the fridge. - Also a drying rack would be nice to have, because the one on the balcony isn't enough. We have to do 'small laundry' almost everyday just to be able to hang clothes somewhere to dry. Likely the washing machine has a 'fast' program. - The bed I guess was 1.4 m breed, which is not very comfortable. Still I would recommend this place, just be ready for the disadvantages it has.
