1 Bedroom Hostel in Otavalo, Imbabura Province
Hosteria Rose Cottage is located three kilometers outside Otavalo on the
road to the beautiful Mojanda Lakes, and has the finest views in the
area.
From our properties you have wonderful views of the volcanoes of
Imbabura, Cotacachi, Cayembe and Fuya Fuya, and it is a perfect place to
relax and read in a hammock, for walks, horsesriding and climbing and
for use as a base for visiting Otavalo and the surrounding area. We also
have our own tennis court, gym equipment, ping pong, a jacuzzi (extra charge applies) and friendly animals! To get to
Otavalo it takes about 50 minutes walking, a short 40 cent bus ride from Otavalo bus station (runs every 40 minutes from 0600 to 1900 (1600 on Sundays) or a $3-4 taxi ride.
We have seven separate and attractive houses for guests, all well kept
and attractively priced to suit differing customer requirements. All our
prices include complimentary breakfast with fresh Ecuadorian
coffee and eggs. Value Added Tax is included in all our prices in accordance
with Ecuadorian regulations.
Free wifi is available to all guests.
In our Casa Imbabura we offer our guests dormitory accommodation for up
to 11 people , as well as a double/twin room and single rooms,
each with shared bathroom. The house has its own lounge and residents can use a small kitchen free of charge to cook their own food.
In our pleasant large houses Casa Cotacachi and Casa Cotopaxi we offer
single, double and triple rooms. Some of our doubles have their own
private bathroom, and the others have shared bathroom .
In our Cabana Cayembe we offer an entire romantic little cabin with
bathroom for 2-3 persons with exceptional views, whilst in our Casa
Chimborazo we offer a complete comfortable family house with fireplace,
sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms to sleep up to 6
people, with 2 balconies from which to enjoy the views.
We also offer a comfortable double rooms with kingsize bed and private
bathroom in our new house, Fuya Fuya. Some of these rooms have fireplaces. Finally
we have a honeymoon suite in our Casa Rose Cottage, a separate little house
with fireplace, private bathroom, upstairs sofa and a Romeo and Juliet balcony.
We have our own lovely gardens, tennis court, ping pong and TV in our restaurant as
well as books and board games. We also have a large library/meeting room
which will seat up to 25 people. We can make arrangements for special
occasions and groups to have exclusive use of facilities.
Cancellation policy 15 days - Please cancel at least 15 days in advance
otherwise you will be charged for the first night.
