Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is located right in the city center, close to Tenjin Station. The room was spacious. The staff provided excellent support, even late at night, and were very helpful despite the language barrier. Most importantly, the price is very cheap compared to other hotels.

Negative: The downside is that it wasn't clean. It's a real pity, and they really should change their cleaning staff. Also, if you book for five people, you are assigned a room without ground-floor access, which means you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
