Positive: I received a free upgrade. The room had been recently renovated and it smelt and felt as if nobody had used it before. Clean, stylish, welcoming. Rich breakfast and also plenty of parking space. The view over Timisoara from the windows and end-of-corridor is great.
Negative: The reception staff, otherwise extraordinarily professional and efficient, might do with some extra help as the hotel is rather big to handle reception with only 2 persons.
