Summary: Disappointing Experience – Rude Staff, Hidden Fees & Outdated Rooms The only good thing about this hotel is the location—it’s close to restaurants and stores, which made it convenient. However, everything else was a letdown. The staff was rude and seemed more interested in charging ridiculous fees than providing decent service. They tried to add extra costs for things like “earthquake insurance” and even claimed towels were “too dirty” from makeup. On top of that, the rooms were extremely outdated—like something straight out of the 80s, with old furniture and worn-out decor. Instead of working with guests, the employees were dismissive and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the stay. Spend your money elsewhere.
