Summary: The staff is pleasant and they are trying really hard, in my opinion. However, simple things are lacking. For breakfast, it would be nice to have cold water without asking, cold juice and drip coffee instead of instant. In the bathroom there is no place to place personal items. The windows are filthy. The bed, table and couch is nice, as is a large mirror and spacious closet. Some things are good, some not very good at all.
