Positive: Overall, any of the disadvantages are outweighted by the owners' approach. It is a family hotel run by two brothers and they are very nice. If they improve the breakfast and change wifi settings, it will be perfect.

Negative: I spent 30 minutes trying to log into their portal for free wifi only to find out that the internet does not work. There is also no data signal in hotel rooms.
