Summary: Found long hairs in the sink, there were various food splatter on the walls in the restaurant, there wasn't always a receptionist, and if you rang the bell someone from the kitchen would come to help you but they rarely spoke English. The view from the halls and the restaurant is to a big empty gravel-filled hangar where some construction is underway. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations, snoring, coughing, TV, etc easily from other rooms. You don't have access cards to your room, you have a key with a big piece of metal hanging from the key, which feels a bit outdated and clumsy to walk around with in your pocket. The people who did speak English were very helpful and the people who didn't speak English always found someone who could understand you. They all seemed very kind and the food in the restaurant was pretty good. Breakfast was pretty good, not a huge breakfast but has all the essentials and very nice people working there. I would stay there again, but there is room for improvement.
