Positive: Relaxing place, and good amenities for the price.
Negative: Answer from Concierge via WhatsApp was so delayed. Noise isolation at the room wasn't enough, to reduce the noise generated by the planes landing on Juan Santamaría Airport; that woke me up 2 o 3 times during night.
Summary: Good service for an acceptable price.
