Summary: The staff were kind and polite…very professional. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasant. The carpets throughout the hotel were dull and dirty looking. Outside of our door the window was very damaged and raggedy; it needs to be replaced. The room service staff failed to bring us our order; they later stated our food was sent to the wrong room. Our restroom door had splintered wood and my finger got caught on it…thankfully I was not injured. They did not stock our room with a sufficient amount of toilet paper for a family of three for a three day stay.
