Great location in Valle Dorado, right in front of Nuevo Vallarta. Inside a gated community, it has 3 bedrooms, A/C in all areas, WiFi, 4 TVs, Netflix and Sky (satellite T.V. with 79 channels including sports). Impecable restrooms and includes cleaning services every two days from 3:30pm to 5:00pm!. It has an awesome pool at the club house.
A) If you need an invoice we can give it to you for all the nights reserved.
B) Sanitized facilities. We include cleaning services during your stay, every two days.
C) Security: Gated community, inside a secure complex of houses with controlled access.
D) Services at the house: Internet WiFi, Netflix in all rooms. Also Sky (satellite T.V. with 79 channels including sports) and, A/C in all rooms and living room.
E) Accesories: all you need in restrooms, kitchen
F) Great location: Oxxo stores very near, supermarkets, public transportation and shopping mall at a walking distance. Multiple restaurants and food places near the house. Beach Club only 10 minutes away in vehicle.

a) Clean up all the 3 the rooms and the restrooms.
b) Change your linens and sheets.
c) Wash the dishes
d) Cleans the kitchen
e) Change fresh towels
f) Take out the trash
g) Laundry services

1. How far is the nearest beach?
R. Just 10 minutes away. The beach is called Club de Playa of Nuevo Vallarta FIBBA. The house is right in the middle of the bay, so you will have access to the greatest beaches in the Banderas Bay: a) Mismaloya a 45min, Puerto Vallarta 30min, Bucerías a 15 min, Sayulita 35min, etc.
2. Is there a pool available in the facilities?
YES!. And it´s awesome!.
Public transportation is available at a walking distance from the house. Taxis and Bus Stops. Both very cheap. We also have UBER in town.

Summary: We stayed for 28 days and thoroughly enjoyed every day. The condo is newer, very clean, beds and linens very comfortable and most of all it was nice and quiet for sleeping at night. The air conditioning worked beautifully and TVs in every room! The only thing we found lacking is some outdoor chairs..The location is actually pretty good as middle of the Bay, so only a 10 minute Uber or taxi ride to Nuevo Vallarta and simple to catch the bus everywhere. Walmart plaza is a short walk and we were there every other day! We took the bus to Bucerias and La Cruz numerous times, no problem and very inexpensive. The pool and grounds are immaculate and the whole place had a wonderful, safe, family vibe. Best of all, is the owner Pattryze, she did everything and more to help us and made our stay near perfect, for that we are grateful.
