The chairs are comfortable, the mattresses are comfortable and we spare no expense with the linens. 5 star personalized touches await you to make your stay luxurious and relaxing. We have everything you need to experience the best of Arizona. This is a home to create wonderful memories with your loved ones. We truly want you to have a wonderful experience and hope you appreciate some of our spa like touches.This home offers over 4000 square feet and includes 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, furnished with everything you need. The large open living space allows for ease of entertainment while making dinner in your fully equipped kitchen, or conversing in the comfort of your large open living space. This one-of-a-kind, custom 4300 square foot home 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath provides a quiet oasis where you can relax and unwind while enjoying your very own resort style backyard. Enjoy a ride on your Peloton or a game of basketball, followed by a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub. Maybe you want to end your day with a massage on your own sanitized massage table? Perhaps, a glass of wine on the back patio while you grill some steaks and listen to the sound of the waterfall? This home provides the perfect escape. “The House of Joy” offers so many comforts, I doubt you will want to leave! Be prepared to add this to one of your must-return-to destinations. We are a dog friendly property with appropriate fee for 2nd dog ( see house rules). Dogs must be declared on reservation and meet our breed/age/size guidelines. Cats are not allowed. We take great pride in the clean condition of our property despite being dog friendly. The health and comfort of our guests is important to us.

HOUSE RULES PLEASE READ AND TEXT THE CODE WORD TO CONFIRM YOUR REVIEW AND AGREEMENT.
We apologize in advance for the laundry list, we promise that each and every rule has a story behind it of someone not exercising common sense or respect for our property. We try our hardest to provide you with a wonderful visit and ask for your consideration of our home. 1. Only registered guests allowed on the property. Due to VRBO policies and liability insurance unregistered guests are not allowed on property at any time. This includes children and infants. Guests are responsible for updating reservation prior to check in for any change in number of occupants ( not to exceed 12) 2. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, not even if you smoke outside. NOT 420 friendly. ( we don’t personally care but it is a liability if left behind and missed in a cleaning). Minimum $500.00 fee if violated and immediate eviction without refund. 3. Property is not child proofed so, guests accept all risks associated. Please note, there is an unfenced POOL AND HOT TUB on the property. 4. No cats allowed not even ESA due to owner life threatening allergy. Non compliance will result in $1500.00 charge for allergy mitigation and immediate eviction without refund. 5. Dog policy No more than 2 dogs allowed with advance notification. There is a 50.00 fee for the 2nd dog. No dogs under 1 year old, certain breed restrictions apply due to insurance limitation. To be approved guests must provide ages, breed, and list the dog/s on the reservation. Unapproved dogs will result in eviction without refund at the hosts discretion. Dogs must be kept out of the bedrooms, and off patio furniture. Dogs are not to be left attended in the home for extended periods. If evidence of pets are found in bedrooms or on patio furniture, guest will pay a $100.00 additional cleaning fee. We provide a crate in the garage if needed, doggy door, and some old linens. Please do not use our good linens to clean your dog. We are very dog friendly we just need to be considerate of our future guests. 6. No firearms allowed on the property 7. Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. There is not guest access to the mailbox and amazon is running behind these days. We can direct you to Amazon lockers nearby if needed. 8. No more than 4cars allowed on property without prior approval. Code word Joy. No rv’s, semi trucks, trailers, campers, or large travel vans allowed on property without prior consent, must be declared at time of reservation. Parties and events are not permitted on the property. Weddings, receptions, luaus, are strictly prohibited. Again, we need the cooperation of our neighbors and need to respect their neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise. Please report any problems with the home to the owner as soon as possible. Relax and have a wonderful visit. Thank you for reading!!

Guest access
Upon self check-in, guests will have full access to the property and one EV charger in the garage. Enjoy your own private space while having access to all of the nearby conveniences. Please only allow number of guests which are listed on your reservation onto the property. Additional guests coming and going throughout the day is not permitted, without prior consent. Prior to all guests arriving, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and restocked with essentials. Please note the POOL and Hot tub are NOT FENCED. Owner is not responsible for injury/death.
Other things to note
There are games located in the office/5th bedroom armoire. There are extra dog blankets and dog toys located in the “dog” basket. There is a crate and dog bed in the garage. There is a bicycle and a recumbent bike located in the garage available for guest use. If you have to work :( we offer the fastest internet offered in our area.
