House is situated in a golf course community, It's a quiet and calm area. House has been recently remolded. This is a rehabbed, beautiful 2 Bd/2 Ba manufactured home! The house is open and bright and lots of room for entertaining. There are grey laminate floors and recessed lights throughout house . Quartz counter tops in kitchen and both bathrooms. Kitchen also showcases a water quartz island. There's a large patio facing the golf course to enjoy your meals on, golfers pass by. There is also a private and fenced back yard for entertaining in back as well. AC works great for those desert hot days and heater also works great for those cold nights! There is a king bed in master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Cable tv (basic cable) and internet(wifi) throughout the house. The clubhouse offers, a restaurant, pools and large hot tubs. Golf course is available as well at a charge.
