Our condo is a 2 bedroom/1 bath two story townhouse located on a beautiful cobblestone street in the historic German Village/Brewery District. The condo has been updated with new furnishings, 3 queen beds, and a pull out couch downstairs. High Street, German Village, and Downtown restaurants/bars are all a quick walk/uber from of our condo. Parking is located just around the corner, also includes a pet friendly backyard (shared), and private washer/dryer.
The Space:
Location, location, location! We are located near the best Columbus has to offer. This is an ideal condo for couples, families, or groups of friends! We love this area & layout so much that we live in one of the other condos on the street. Our condo has been updated with brand new mattresses and furniture throughout the place. The house has 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, all located on the second floor. On the first floor, we have a pull-out couch, kitchen table w/ 4 chairs, and a large TV w/ cable. Strong WIFI is available throughout the house. The kitchen has everything that you'll need for your stay and we have a washer/dryer available for your convenience. The outdoor space is amazing for hanging out in the spring, summer, and fall months. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs and/or kids. We are just a stones throw away if you need anything during your stay! We hope to host you soon, cheers!

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is immediately west of German Village, primarily oriented along High and Front Streets, in the Brewery District. Full of lively entertainment and dining options and the country's largest resident theater company. It is further enhanced by large (23 acre) and well-kept Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs. 5 Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 5 Minutes to Nationwide Children's Hospital, within walking distance to 12 4+ Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, walking distance to a large grocery store, and walking distance to the aforementioned Schiller Park. A warm, charming, historical, and walkable neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.

HOUSE RULES, (thank you for helping us operate the safest homes possible!)
QUIET HOURS: SUN-THURS 9pm-8am, and FRI-SAT 10pm-8am, guests are required to keep music, Tv and conversation at normal conversation volume during those hours, (guest agrees that reservation can be canceled without refund if multiple noise violations are reported).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30 - 60 nights)
PARTIES & GATHERINGS: Parties & unauthorized gatherings of any kind are not allowed And having unauthorized guests spend the night at the property is grounds for termination of the Guests right to stay at the property. An additional charge or $10-$15 per person per night will be assessed for additional guests that are discovered to have unknowingly stayed or entered the home if an unauthorized party or gathering is discovered, (this would be in-addition to any fees for damages or loss of revenue associated with cleaning & repairing the home, which the guest is also responsible for).
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed on the property. – please do not discard your cigarette butts in the house trash cans, (this creates an odor issue and may result in the guest being responsible for the cost of an odor treatment and any loss of revenue as a result). Any smoking or vaping inside will be charged a fee for odor treatment ranging between $150 - $500 based on severity. If guests smoke outside near the door, please keep the door closed to avoid odor from entering the home, requiring an odor treatment to avoid impacting guests.
EXTRA CLEANING POLICY: If the house is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged $40/hour for additional time spent by the cleaning crew exceeding 2.5 hours cleaning, (this includes excess dirt caused by pets). Any biohazard mess (including pet poop or pee) left by a guest will be charged an extra $75 minimum, depending on severity.
CANCELLATION: Guests that cancel their reservation are responsible for the cost of all dates of their reservation that occupy the listing's calendar up-to-and-including the date of cancellation at our discretion, whether canceled by the host or by the guest, (if canceled by the guest then the listing's cancellation policy will apply).
No weapons are allowed on the property!
If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Leaving food out is not allowed and may result in a fee, thank you for helping us prevent pests!
Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time, (if it is discovered that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages of up to $2,500).
Guests must notify us of any issues that might prevent them from staying in the home within 3hrs of arriving. Issues reported after 3 hours of arriving may be handled at our discretion, guests may or may not be eligible for a partial or full refund based on severity for any issues reported later than 3 hour after arriving.
Basements, garages, sheds, attics and storage closets may be unfinished and may not be fully-cleaned & prepared as other parts of the home. Guests acknowledge that spaces not included in the listing photos or description are separate from their reserved accommodation areas, and entering those areas are considered at their own risk, (this includes areas containing the home's washer/dryer).
Guests may receive text messages occasionally, such as when there's an urgent issue at the home, or when provided special offers to book or extend as a VIP guest.
Guests agree to pay for any unauthorized time spent in the home outside of the dates and times outlined in their reservation, (the amount due will be based on a commercially reasonable rate, calculated at our discretion), and the guest consents to allowing us to collect this amount due by charging any available payment method.
If a claim for damage, unauthorized time in the home or other claim reason for which the guest is responsible then the guest will be charged a $25 fee for processing the claim, (which will be added to the claim).
Outside visitors after 10pm or unauthorized / un-announced overnight guests are prohibited and must be requested & approved in advance. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Upon request, Guest must provide valid government ID and sign a rental agreement to have access to the property, (particularly where local laws require it). Failure to provide ID or sign the rental agreement if requested by the host will be treated as a cancellation initiated by the guest.
Messages received between 12am - 9am local time may not be responded to immediately, and may require additional time for our Service Team to respond.
Guest shall allow our company and/or the owner of the property access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen) within 24 hours, with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).
Guests are responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property, (along with any extra costs that may result), which are caused by the guest or any members of the guest's party. A Claim Processing Fee of $35 will be added for each claim processed, in-addition to any expenses related to additional cleaning and/or labor.
Guests should behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners & neighborhood. Creating a disturbance of the above shall be grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
In some cases, a fully-refundable security deposit may be required and used to cover the cost of damage to the home or furnishing, fees, etc.. (a security deposit isn't usually required, and will be requested before arrival if required. A damage waiver fee of $59 + 2.9% payment processing charge is required for all non-Air bnb reservations.
The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Guests consent to any amount due being collected by charging any available payment method, in-addition to any fees such as Check-In/Out Time violations, Cancellations, Minimum Stay, Smoking, Pets, Maximum Guests allowed, etc.
