Welcome to your new home away from home while in Pittsburgh!
Come be one of our first guests at this brand new completely renovated home. Large enough for the whole family or friend group, it's the perfect set up for everyone.
Enter our home to find find a grand living room, dining table for 6 and state of the art kitchen. This floor also features two electric fireplaces, a half bath and small reading nook/lounge space behind the kitchen.
Proceed to the 2nd floor where you have a queen bedroom, secondary living space, and the primary bedroom featuring a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. A full bathroom is also in the hallway.
The 3rd floor is the game room, another queen bedroom, the bunk room (bottom beds are fulls and top twins) and a full bathroom in the hallway.
-No parties or gatherings of any kind
-Absolutely no smoking and no pets

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
