This boutique historic building has very few units and just underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The building is 100% secure and has private resident access. The unit has original historic brick, hardwood floors, modern chef's kitchen, huge living and dining areas, fully remodeled on-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub and a walk in closet big enough to be a second bedroom. This brand new unit is located in the proximity of a number of DTLA's top restaurants and attractions such as The Ace Hotel, Umami Burger, Urban Outfitters, etc. and is just a short walk to Bottega Louie, Staples Center and more. Located in the heart of downtown LA's "Historic Core" where you will have no problems finding some of LA's top rated restaurants just minutes away! Located minutes from downtown's famous Bottega Louie, you'll have access some of LA BEST food — head over to try one of their famous macaroons, fabulous mimosas or mouth-watering wood-fire pizzas and try to see if you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of some of this fabulous social spots frequent celebrity customers! Looking for a "taste" of what some of downtown has to offer! Take a walk around the block and you're SURE to run into a movie, music-video or TV show being filmed! GUEST • For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a clear photograph of your face so we know that the person booking is in fact the person checking in) ID VERIFICATION • Guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed, unless using the Airbnb business travel option. GUEST AGREEMENT • Guests will be required to sign a separate guest agreement within 72 hours of the confirmation of the reservation via Airbnb (or upon receipt for reservations taking place inside of 72 hours from check in) BACKGROUND CHECK: • Please be advised Guests will be asked to provide a birthday and current address as building management requires proof of a basic public records search for the primary Guest making the reservation. LOCALS • Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of Los Angeles).
