Summary: Hotel la Capelle is a great place to stay if you are visiting Millau. It has an excellent location right in the center of the downtown and is walking distance to many restaurants and sites. The room was large and very comfortable. It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our trip around Occitanie. Parking was nearby and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the cook even made us scrambled eggs. The best thing about Hotel la Capelle is the staff. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and they were able to get our room ready early. We had a problem on our last day when we lost our parking ticket. It was Sunday and there was no one in the garage to help us. One of the hotel staff came down to the garage with me (without even being asked) and spoke to the intercom explaining our situation in French (which would have been difficult for me). He got them to open the gate for us and we were on our way! Thanks again for taking such great care of us!
