This oversized, casual and inviting beach house sits next 100 acres of west facing preserve. Phenomenal sunrises and sunsets await you. This fenced in Dog friendly Property is in excess of 3.6 acres of private enjoyment. Lob some golf balls or just a soccer, baseball game! The house has has 3 master suites, with en suite bathrooms, each master sits in a different part of the house offering the ultimate in privacy, two bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi tubs. Each master bedroom has flat screen tv. 2 children's rooms with twin beds/double bed. All rooms have lovely views of the farm fields! There are 3 separate living areas and a gigantic playroom/rec room/bonus room perfect for the kids, teens and folks that like to watch sports, playroom/bonus room is equipped with double bed as well as a large couch. The house is approximatley 4000 sq ft. There is a large outdoor deck area 1500sf for festive dinners and entertaining. This house is decorated in a shabby chic style, with fine linens and dishware. Appliances are chef grade top of the line. This is by far one of the most welcoming houses you will find for your vacation in the Hampton's. Watermill is equidistant to Southampton or Bridgehampton. Watermill center is a small but chic hamlet with great restaurants, gyms and farm stands. The local beaches are flying point and Scott Cameron. A season pass will allow access to all Southampton town beaches, including Sag Harbor and Saggaponack.

Summary: The house was a good size for our group. However there were many things not working properly in the home and I brought them to the owners attention. The owner then deducted money from my security deposit for 2 broken showers bc she had to call a plumber. I actually believe her and the plumber are in cahoots to make some extra money bc he or she falsified the invoice of why he came there. Absolutely outrageously unacceptable. She did not reveal that she charges extra for the pool heat which did not work anyway. The pool heat finally decide to Come on on Friday the day before we left. She had a half broken bathroom door that we probably broke fully when we tried to open it she deducted 300 dollars to put a new Hook and eye lock on that door. The plumber complained that she calls him all the time for insignificant things and then I guess she charges Ppl for the visit. The only charge that I can agree with would be the pet cleaning fee. We had dogs and there’s a lot of land on the property so they did track dirt into the home which we tried to clean as best we could. As for all the other deductions, The property was extremely expensive to begin with and I think she is deducting monies for unverified reasons. I communicated this to her and she cut off communication w me. I will never rent from her again and I would beware if I were looking at this property.
