Situated up the road from ‘the strip’, Island House has its own pool and lush and tropical gardens, where you will feel like you’ve truly escaped from it all.
Our elegant 1-bedroom suite is tastefully decorated with an artistic Balinese flair, and features a deluxe king-size bed with full bath and fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll feel totally relaxed walking out to your own private balcony surrounded by a tropical oasis of flora and fauna, while sipping your morning coffee or evening beverage. This suite offers ample living space with its full kitchen, modern bathroom, master bedroom and private terrace. Amenities include: A/C, WIFI, Cable TV, DVD player, telephone, hair dryer, daily cleaning service, on-site laundry, telephone, and an onsite manager to ensure that all your vacation needs are met.
The Island House grounds offer an abundantly rich courtyard, bursting with tropical plants and trees with an archway leading out to the patio and fresh-water pool. From here, you get the magnificent ‘triple blue view’…which is the layers of the blue from the creek, the sea and the vast blue sky. In the evening, this is the perfect place to watch the sunset and look for the elusive ‘green flash’. With full creek access, you can take one of the kayaks out to explore the surrounding waters or enjoy fishing under the moonlight.
With Grand Turk's tiny size of only 1.5 x 7 miles, you are never far away from anything. Our guests have full-use of our bicycles or have the option to rent a car to explore the island, soak up some sun, eat at one of the many beach-side restaurants and take a refreshing dip in the turquoise sea. With 3 full service dive shops on the island, you will be able to dive Grand Turk’s famous “Wall” or take a day trip to one of the many surrounding cays or islands.
