Positive: We liked the location, but we come to Eagle River multiple times a year.
Negative: The house is not updated. Upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a normal door and shower is tiny. Also, the floors have cracks, so if you drop something on the kitchen floor, the stuff gets in the cracks and is very hard to clean up.
Summary: Overall it was a decent stay. The property is large and fit all of us.
