Theres a large off leash dog park 2 mins from the front door which is on your way to the main surfing beach and the off leash dog beach. Other popular beaches such as Moffat Beach and Kings Beach are close by and provides the perfect opportunity to explore what the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Theres a wonderful walking/cycling track from Dicky Beach through to Currumundi which is also another perfect spot for a calm water swim and a lazy afternoon ice cream. Sleeping up to 8 people, this two-story house boasts ample space and open living areas which is perfect for families and friends to enjoy. Theres no shortage of room for entertaining with an expansive outdoor deck upstairs for dining or just lounging around and a BBQ and sitting area downstairs whilst watching the kids splash in the large sparkling inground pool. The real winner for the little ones is the awesome cubby house, guaranteed to keep them entertained for hours whilst creating lasting holiday memories for the whole family. There are books to read and a good variety of board games available to play whilst relaxing. Other features of the house include a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, coffee machine, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, large screen TVs both upstairs and downstairs, full laundry facilities, separate ensuite attached to the master bedroom downstairs and an extra shower and toilet in the laundry to rinse off after a beach outing. This home has been fully furnished and beautifully styled to offer that perfect, relaxing holiday for you and your family. A baby gate is available on request at no charge if required. The bedding configuration is 2 x Queen beds, 1 x King Bed and 2 King Singles. LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.
