Villa June offers 6 bedrooms and gorgeous views over the entrance to Gustavia harbor from the hillside of Corossol. Corossol used to be a sleepy section of the island known for its fishermen and local crafts, but it is rapidly turning into a new island hotspot for luxury villas. Villa June is situated just outside the main village of Corossol, in an area where in recent years other new villas have risen. The reason for the renewed popularity of this area is the gorgeous views over the bay of Corossol and the entrance to the harbor of Gustavia, which is always animated with coming and going of boats and yachts. The proximity to Gustavia and St. Jean are a plus too! Villa June is a massive, 3-level villa. There is ample parking on the lowest level, three bedrooms, a home theater and a fitness room on the middle level. Three additional bedrooms, living room, kitchen and of course, the terrace and pool are on the main level. The three levels are connected by a huge staircase, as well as an elevator. The main focal point of the villa is the large, heated, 70-foot long infinity pool, which, with the ocean beyond, creates the impression of a continuous waterscape with its similar shades of blue. There is plenty of seating in and out of the sun on the large terrace, with additional seating in the shade on the middle level terrace. The main room is fully air-conditioned with a modern kitchen and a large island, which can seat 10 guests, and also includes the living room with its comfortable couches and chairs. Just off the living room is the first bedroom, which connects to a second bedroom, and is ideal for parents with children. Of course, both rooms can also be fully separated. The third bedroom on the main level is situated on the far end of the terrace and offers a little more privacy and on the middle level are three, separated bedrooms. Each bedroom has a U.S. king-sized bed, U.S. and French satellite as well as Apple TV and a Sonos sound system, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Villa June comes with daily house cleaning services and a chef. During the December holidays, Thanksgiving and Bucket the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used and is an excellent villa for large groups traveling together of families with children.
